Staircase is for all UK residents although it was created primarily for residents in social housing, ie, local authority or council tenants and home owners in affordable home ownership and shared equity schemes such as Shared Ownership, Homebuy (Open Market Homebuy, New Build Homebuy, and Social Homebuy), Key Worker Living, First-time Buyers Initiative, etc., delivered by housing associations and other registered social landlords (RSL's) in the UK.
